BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse, Full Time to join our team. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Montgomery County.
Weekend schedule would be Friday - Sunday
Home health experience required!

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Montgomery County on a Friday-through-Sunday schedule. You'll conduct home visits, perform client assessments, administer medications, manage wound care, and coordinate with clinical managers to ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up care. The role requires independent time management, strong documentation skills using electronic tablets, and the ability to execute physician orders while monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes.
To succeed in this position, you'll need a current Pennsylvania RN license and at least one year of recent clinical experience in a medical or surgical setting. Home health experience is strongly preferred, though not required. You should be comfortable working independently, have solid computer skills with EMR systems, and possess the interpersonal abilities to educate patients and families about their care plans. Travel to assigned cases in your designated territory is essential.
