About this role

Anduril's Imaging team is building state-of-the-art systems that combine computer vision, electro-optical, and infrared sensing for military applications. This Senior FPGA Verification Engineer role sits at the center of that effort, responsible for architecting and executing the verification strategy as the team designs new product lines from prototype through flight testing.

You'll own the full verification lifecycle: designing testbench architectures in SystemVerilog or UVM, developing RTL test cases with functional and code coverage tracking, and applying chip-level methodologies like constrained-random testing and assertion-based verification. The role also carries technical leadership responsibility—breaking down verification work for teams, planning activities, and reporting status—plus input on tool recommendations and engineering estimates for new programs.

This position requires 8+ years of professional FPGA or ASIC HDL development with demonstrated expertise in VHDL and Verilog simulation, plus familiarity with revision control and chip-level verification practices. A Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering is expected, and you'll need eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance. Experience with lab validation, DFT concepts, and tools like QuestaSim or Vivado is preferred, as is comfort with Unix/Linux scripting. The role is full-time, in-office in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a salary range of $191,000–$253,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
