Description
The Company
Faraday Future (FF) is a California-based embodied artificial intelligence ecosystem company, leveraging the latest technologies and world's best talent to realize exciting new possibilities in mobility and robotics. We're producing user-centric, technology-first vehicles and robots to establish new paradigms in human-AI interaction. At FF, we're creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.
Your Role
FF is treating the company itself as a product built on top of its AI capabilities. As the Corporate Strategy Associate, you will be the analytical and execution engine behind that effort. You will work directly with senior leadership to map how the company operates today, identify what AI agents and automation can replace or simplify, and help design a lean, AI-native operating model. You are not here to add process. You are here to remove it. This is an exceptional seat for a technically strong new graduate who wants early exposure to company-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of the company's AI-First strategic roadmap, operating model, and organizational structure
- Map current business, product, and organizational processes, and identify what can be replaced, simplified, or consolidated by AI agents and automation
- Build analyses, models, and prototypes (using code and AI tools) to evaluate options, quantify impact, and support leadership decisions
- Prototype AI agents and automated dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into strategy, business, and execution
- Help run a lightweight operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) anchored on data and AI-assisted decision-making
- Prepare executive briefings, decision memos, and board-level materials that are clear, concise, and decision-ready
- Partner with the AI Operations team to use internal operations as the first user and validation ground for FF's AI products
- Track strategic initiatives, surface risks early, and remove execution blockers across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams
- Research the AI, robotics, and mobility landscape, including competitors, technologies, and partners, and turn findings into recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, EE, Robotics, or a closely related technical field, completed or expected within the next 6 months (or graduated within the past 12 months); strong business/AI double-majors also considered
- Deep curiosity about, and hands-on experience with, LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation, including a realistic sense of where AI should and should not be applied
- Proficiency in Python and/or SQL for analysis and prototyping
- Strong structured thinking: able to break an ambiguous problem down, form a point of view, and defend it with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write for executives
- Product mindset: able to treat "how the company operates" as a problem to be defined and iterated on
- Ability to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, product, or chief-of-staff style roles
- Experience at a startup or AI/tech company, or leading a student venture, research project, or hackathon team
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or automation-class products
- Familiarity with robotics, EV, or mobility industries
- Bias toward lean execution: comfortable doing the work of a much larger team with AI leverage
- A portfolio, GitHub, or written analysis demonstrating your thinking

Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (including AI for Business), EECS, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, and technical-plus-business combinations. Preference for candidates who can code or major in CS.

About this role
Faraday Future is looking for a technically strong recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate to serve as the analytical backbone of its corporate strategy function. In this internship, you'll work directly with senior leadership to reimagine how the company itself operates—mapping current processes and identifying where AI agents and automation can eliminate work rather than add it. The role sits at an unusual intersection: you're not a traditional strategy consultant, but rather someone who will prototype solutions, build analyses in code, and help design an AI-native operating model from the ground up.
The work spans strategy design, process mapping, AI prototyping, and executive communication. You'll build models and dashboards to support leadership decisions, prepare board-level materials, and help establish a lightweight operating cadence anchored on data. You're expected to partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to surface risks and remove blockers. This is genuinely hands-on: you'll be doing the execution work yourself, not delegating it.
You should have a technical degree (Computer Science, AI, Data Science, EE, Robotics, or a strong business-plus-AI combination) with real experience in LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation. Python and SQL proficiency is essential, as is the ability to think through ambiguous problems, form a defensible point of view, and communicate it clearly to executives. The role is 100% onsite in El Segundo, California, and pays $72,000–$75,000.
