About this role
Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking someone to serve as the operational backbone for how project information flows through their facilities organization. You'd coordinate across engineers, project managers, designers, and leadership to maintain knowledge management systems, document repositories, and reporting tools that keep complex facility projects organized, compliant, and accessible. This means administering as-built drawings and construction records, developing dashboards that surface performance metrics to leadership, reviewing processes for efficiency gaps, and ensuring audit trails and financial documentation stay intact throughout project lifecycles.
The role demands someone with strong organizational discipline and technical fluency—you'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, plus hands-on experience managing technical documentation, project records, or electronic repositories. A bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience in knowledge management, document control, project administration, or facilities operations qualifies you; an associate's degree requires five years instead. An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is mandatory, which narrows the candidate pool significantly.
This position suits someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys connecting the dots between teams. If you have background in construction documentation, asset management, or compliance support—and especially if you've worked in federal or Intelligence Community settings—you'd bring immediate value. The role also offers room to modernize processes and build better systems if you have interest in business process improvement or developing automated reporting solutions.
