About this role
SkinSpirit's Green Lake clinic is looking for an Aesthetic Medical Assistant to bridge front and back office operations, keeping client flow smooth and providers supported. You'd handle patient intake and treatment preparation, manage exam rooms and medical supplies, sterilize instruments, and ensure all charting and consents are completed. The role also involves rebooking appointments and assisting with product sales to drive clinic efficiency.
This position suits someone with at least one year of customer or sales experience—ideally in an aesthetic setting—and prior medical assistant work. You'll need to communicate clearly with clients and team members, juggle multiple tasks while staying flexible, and work independently when needed. The job requires standing and repetitive hand movements for extended periods, with occasional heavy lifting. Evening and weekend availability is expected.
SkinSpirit offers competitive benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees, a 401k match, paid holidays, and employee discounts. The company emphasizes training and a people-first culture across its 55+ locations nationwide. The salary range is $24–$30 per hour.
