- Business growth: Participate in business development activities including solution scoping, proposal development, and client presentations
The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team
- Technical proficiency: 5+ years of experience in a data science or quantitative analytics role, with a strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes; proficiency in Python and/or R with solid coding practices
- Modelling expertise: Strong foundations in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data wrangling, with hands-on experience in production-grade model development

- Communication skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and engaging way
- Collaborative approach: Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Academic background: A degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Domain experience: Experience in retail, financial services, health, or a related industry is advantageous; familiarity with MLOps practices is a plus
Remember — you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.
