About this role
Noah Medical is building robotic platforms for early diagnosis and surgical intervention, and this role sits at the intersection of their commercial expansion and clinical adoption. As Customer Education Manager for the West Coast, you would own the training and readiness strategy for new hospital accounts, working directly with the Area Vice President to translate regional sales priorities into hands-on education programs. This means delivering in-person and virtual training to physicians and support teams, leading Galaxy System demonstrations tailored to customer needs, conducting skills assessments, and signing off on clinical independence before cases begin.
The role demands someone who can operate with significant autonomy in a fast-moving early-stage commercial organization. You'll create and maintain training materials, manage event logistics, track customer readiness records, and iterate on programs based on feedback and outcomes. Success requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities, build relationships across internal teams, and follow through on commitments even when circumstances shift. Travel on short notice is expected, and you'll occasionally work evenings or weekends.
You should have at least five years in medical devices, biotech, or healthcare, with a minimum of two years in clinical education, training, or a clinical specialist role. Strong clinical and technical knowledge is essential, along with the ability to teach adult learners and solve problems on the fly. Experience with bronchoscopy, navigational technologies, or medical robotics is preferred but not required. You must be based on the U.S. West Coast, with San Francisco preferred, and able to work a hybrid schedule. The salary range is $105,000–$130,000, plus equity, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and professional development support.
