About this role
OOS Management Corp. is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Matawan to work with autistic children in after-school and weekend sessions. The role involves delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventionsβturning structured learning into play-based activities, collecting behavioral data, and celebrating incremental progress with the children and families you support. You'll work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who provide training and oversight.
This position suits someone with genuine patience and energy who wants hands-on experience in autism support without the constraints of a traditional full-time job. The pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, and the flexible scheduling works well if you're studying psychology, special education, speech pathology, or ABA. No RBT certification is requiredβthe clinic will train youβthough having it or pursuing it would strengthen your candidacy. If you're drawn to measurable impact and don't mind the informal, high-energy tone of the posting, this could be a meaningful entry point into the field.
