About this role
Packard Culligan Water's Brooklyn Park location is hiring a Plant Warehouse Technician to manage the full spectrum of warehouse, production, and customer-facing work that keeps a water treatment operation running. You'd handle inventory control and ordering, operate bottled water production equipment, perform equipment regeneration and maintenance, manage customer transactions and inquiries, and support the delivery and service teams. The role demands someone mechanically inclined and detail-oriented who can move comfortably between different tasks—one hour you might be troubleshooting a production line jam, the next processing a customer order or loading a delivery truck.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina; you'll regularly lift 43–50 pounds and work in a warehouse and production environment. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, currently 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, though hours may shift based on business needs. Prior warehouse, production, inventory, or customer service experience is preferred, as is a valid Minnesota driver's license and willingness to obtain forklift certification. The pay is $24–$25 per hour, with quarterly incentive opportunities, zero-deductible medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
This role suits someone who thrives in variety and doesn't mind physical work, values clear processes and organization, and wants to build stability with a family-owned company that's been locally rooted for over 75 years.
