About this role

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to build their talent pipeline across field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership roles in the energy and infrastructure sector. You'll own the full recruiting cycle—sourcing candidates through job boards and networks, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating logistics with hiring managers, and closing offers. The work demands hustle and initiative; you'll attend job fairs and open interviews, manage multiple open positions simultaneously, and stay proactive in competitive labor markets.

This role suits someone with one to four years of recruiting experience, ideally from a staffing agency or industrial background, though the right attitude can compensate for gaps. You'll need proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Excel, and strong communication skills to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license for travel to recruiting events and onboarding activities.

The position is based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania and operates primarily from the office with regular field travel. Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k match, paid time off, and professional development programs.
