About this role
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is building out its recruiting function to support rapid hiring across field operations, skilled trades, CDL drivers, and leadership roles in the energy and infrastructure sector. You'd own the full recruiting cycle—sourcing candidates through job boards and networks, screening and interviewing applicants, coordinating logistics with hiring managers, and representing the company at job fairs and recruiting events. This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role that demands initiative, comfort with phone outreach, and the ability to juggle multiple open positions in a competitive labor market.
The ideal candidate has one to four years of recruiting experience, ideally in staffing or industrial settings, though the company is open to training someone with the right attitude and work ethic. You'll need proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills to manage candidate pipelines and keep hiring managers informed. A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license for travel to interviews, job fairs, and onboarding activities.
The role is based in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania and operates primarily from the office with regular field travel. Keystone offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k match, paid time off, and professional development support.
