About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring RNs for one-on-one pediatric nursing in the Piedmont Triad area, with positions based in Davidson County and surrounding communities. This is part-time work offering genuine scheduling flexibility—you can choose from daytime, evening, or overnight shifts in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks, with no mandatory weekend requirement. The pay ranges from $30–36 per hour depending on shift type, with a flat $35/hour option for their premium night shift team. Commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 are available based on weekly hours, and you'll receive weekly paychecks.
The role centers on delivering individualized care to pediatric clients in their homes, supported by 24/7 clinical mentorship and a structured onboarding process that includes paid training. BAYADA emphasizes a slower pace and work-life balance compared to hospital settings, making this suitable for nurses seeking stability and purpose without the intensity of acute care. You'll need an active North Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program; a travel vehicle is required for home visits.
Beyond compensation, BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus ongoing career development opportunities. If you're looking for nursing work close to home with control over your schedule and the chance to build long-term relationships with pediatric clients, this position fits that profile.
