About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring RNs for one-on-one home care visits across the Piedmont Triad, with a base salary of $30–34 per hour plus weekend and overnight differentials. This part-time position offers genuine scheduling flexibility—you choose between daytime, evening, or overnight shifts in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks, with no mandatory weekends. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients of varying acuity levels in their homes across Surry County and surrounding areas, supported by 24/7 clinical backup and a structured onboarding process that includes paid training.
The position suits nurses prioritizing work-life balance and local work. BAYADA provides weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on your chosen schedule. You'll work with a single employer model rather than juggling multiple clients, and the company emphasizes mentorship and career development opportunities. All you need is an active North Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
