About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring pediatric home care nurses for the Walnut Cove area and surrounding Piedmont Triad communities. This part-time role offers 1:1 nursing care to children in their homes, with flexibility to choose your shift type (daytime, evening, or overnight), length (8, 10, or 12 hours), and schedule. Pay ranges from $30–36 per hour, with premium night shift positions at a flat $35/hour and commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on your weekly availability. There's no weekend requirement for most schedules, though the night shift team asks for just one weekend shift monthly and one holiday per year of your choice.

The role suits nurses seeking genuine clinical autonomy and work-life balance. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding, paid training including simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support from a mentoring team. BAYADA offers standard benefits—PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)—plus weekly pay and fast-track onboarding. The position covers a wide service area across multiple counties, so you'll work close to home with short commutes to clients.

You'll need an active North Carolina RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. If you're drawn to pediatric care, want control over your schedule, and value a supportive clinical environment, this could be a strong fit.
