About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring LPNs for 1:1 client care across the Piedmont Triad area, serving both adult and pediatric patients at various acuity levels. You'd work flexible shifts—days, evenings, or nights—in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks, with no mandatory weekends. The role pays $28–$32 per hour with weekend and overnight differentials, plus weekly paychecks and commitment bonuses up to $10,000 depending on your availability level.
The position emphasizes support and professional growth. You'll receive paid, personalized training including BAYADA's award-winning simulation labs before working independently, and you'll have access to 24/7 clinical mentorship as you care for clients throughout Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and surrounding communities. The company offers comprehensive benefits—PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)—alongside the scheduling flexibility many home care nurses seek.
You'll need an active North Carolina LPN license and a diploma from an accredited nursing program. This is a good fit if you want control over your schedule, shorter commutes to local clients, and a structured support system while delivering direct patient care.
