About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring pediatric nurses for in-home care across Surry County and the broader Piedmont Triad area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with shift options ranging from 8 to 12 hours, available during daytime, evening, or overnight hours. You'll provide direct patient care to pediatric clients in their homes, supported by 24/7 clinical backup and a structured onboarding program that includes paid training and simulation labs.

The position pays $30–36 per hour depending on shift type, with night shift roles offering a flat $35/hour rate and a premium schedule requiring just one weekend shift monthly and one holiday per year. BAYADA offers commitment bonuses up to $10,000 based on weekly hours, comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plus weekly pay. You'll need an active North Carolina RN license and a willingness to work flexibly across multiple counties in the region.

This role suits nurses seeking control over their schedule and the ability to work close to home without a rigid weekend requirement. The combination of flexible hours, clinical support, and financial incentives—particularly the night shift premium and commitment bonuses—makes it accessible whether you're building experience, transitioning between roles, or seeking part-time work alongside other commitments.
