Pay: $30-35/hr.

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Available RN Shifts:
- 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Part-Time or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an RN for one-on-one homecare in the Philadelphia area, offering the scheduling flexibility to work as little as one shift per week across 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts on any shift rotation. You'll travel to a single client home near your location on a schedule you choose, executing and documenting physician orders, performing assessments, and monitoring client conditions with clinical autonomy. The role serves clients across all ages and diagnoses, including those requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management; BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing in their simulation labs to build your confidence in these specialized skills.
