Pay: $30-35/hr.
What your day looks like with BAYADA:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Available LPN Shifts:
- 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time - work as little as one shift per week!

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver one-on-one care to adult clients in their homes throughout Philadelphia. You'll manage a variety of acuity levels, including complex cases involving tracheostomy and ventilator management, while executing physician orders, performing assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation. The role emphasizes autonomy—you'll work independently in clients' homes with around-the-clock phone support from clinical staff, and BAYADA provides paid training and simulation lab shadowing to ensure you're confident in the skills required.
The position offers genuine scheduling flexibility, allowing you to work anywhere from a single shift per week up to full-time across 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts on any shift rotation. Cases are matched to locations near your home to minimize commute time. You'll receive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and employer-paid life insurance, PTO, a 401(k) match, and access to continuing education and loan forgiveness programs. The salary range is $30–35 per hour.
You'll need a current valid LPN license, CPR certification in good standing, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
