About this role

Abnormal Security is building out a new Procurement Center of Excellence, and this role sits at the operational heart of that effort. Based in Bangalore and working hybrid, you'd be the day-to-day backbone for the Procurement and Accounts Payable team—managing contract execution and repository upkeep, handling invoice processing and vendor payment queries, coordinating renewals, and keeping the P2P and intake platforms running smoothly. You'd work closely with global Sourcing Managers and the AP team, training stakeholders on processes, flagging compliance issues early, and resolving PO and billing discrepancies between finance and business units.

The role demands someone with 3–5 years in procurement, AP, operations, or purchasing who can think analytically, communicate clearly, and build trust across internal teams. You'll need strong attention to detail, the ability to influence without direct authority, and comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment with globally distributed stakeholders. Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa or Omnea, intake workflows, and contract management tools is a plus; fluency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems is expected.

This is a contract position that requires flexibility to overlap with US time zones (ideally 9am–5pm PST coverage). It suits someone who thrives on operational rigor, enjoys solving process problems, and wants to make an immediate impact on a newly formed team.
