About this role
Working for Southwind's Honolulu location, you'd split your time between customer-facing service and hands-on junk removal. The role involves greeting customers, explaining services and pricing, identifying upsell opportunities, and physically loading and removing items from homes and businesses alongside your team. You'll represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand in every interaction while working a full-time schedule of four weekdays plus one weekend day.
The position pays $20–$25+ per hour with a $16 base, plus profit sharing and tips, and includes overtime opportunities based on demand. Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is preferred but not required—the company provides paid training. You'll need to be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds, have a valid driver's license, be at least 21, and bring a positive, energetic attitude with strong communication skills and reliability.
