About this role
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is looking for a Marketing Specialist to own the full scope of digital operations for a multi-location legal practice in Houston. You'll manage Facebook ad campaigns across the full funnel, oversee WordPress sites and SEO optimization across multiple domains, and run marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and Zapier. This is a hands-on role that requires you to balance creative execution—landing pages, lead magnets, webinar campaigns—with analytical rigor around tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.
To succeed here, you need 2–4 years of digital marketing experience with proven competency in WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console. You should be comfortable with basic HTML/CSS, able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, and capable of moving quickly in a high-volume environment. Experience with HubSpot, Cloudflare, and legal marketing is a plus, though not required.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Houston with standard benefits including PTO, health coverage, 401(k) matching, and life insurance. It's well-suited for a technically inclined marketer who enjoys connecting strategy to execution and doesn't mind the operational complexity of managing campaigns, websites, and automation systems simultaneously.
