Description
Who We Are:
Foxen advances financial wellness through multi-family real estate. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, we provide we provide a platform of compliance solutions for multifamily property owners, operators and residents.
We’ve built a profitable, growing business in a challenging market. Customers stay and expand with us. Our product portfolio continues to deepen. And we still have significant room to grow.
That kind of momentum requires something specific from the people who work here: high standards, a builder’s mindset and ambition without ego.
Foxen isn’t for everyone. But for the people it’s for, it’s a supportive place to grow.
What You'll Do:
Foxen is building a leading platform of proptech solutions for property operators, and we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to own partner integrations. These integrations connect Foxen with the property management systems our customers use to run their businesses, leasing platforms, and strategic partners. This role will shape the future of Foxen’s connected platform, building integrations that expand what our products can do and help our customers achieve more.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of how Foxen scales. As Product Manager, Partner Integrations, you will own the integration roadmap, manage our relationships with PMS vendors and technology partners, lead new strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch, and work alongside our engineering team to make every connection deeper, more automated, and more reliable. We’re looking for a product manager who is as comfortable reading API documentation as presenting to a partner’s leadership team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who brings a deep sense of ownership. Strong communication skills are a must, as this individual will represent Foxen directly to partners and confidently share and execute strategies at all levels.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foxen’s integration platform across PMS, leasing, and partner systems, prioritizing the work that unlocks the most customer value and revenue across the full Foxen product suite.
- Serve as Foxen’s product owner for PMS and technology partners: build and maintain relationships with partner product and API teams, navigate partner programs and marketplaces, secure the API access we need, and stay ahead of partner roadmap changes that affect our customers.
- Lead new strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch, assessing fit, defining the integration scope and technical requirements, building the business case, and driving to go-live in close partnership with Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Engineering.
- Deepen existing integrations by closing capability gaps across platforms, extending product coverage, and moving customers from manual and file-based exchanges to fully automated, API-driven experiences.
- Partner with the engineering team to translate partner and customer needs into clear requirements, make smart prioritization calls across competing partner timelines, and ensure what ships is reliable at scale.
- Be the integration expert for Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success: support deals, unblock implementations, keep our integration compatibility story current, and turn field feedback into roadmap.
- Define and track the metrics that matter for integrations, including time to integrate, automation rate, data accuracy, and partner-sourced revenue, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
- Integrate AI into both how you build and what you build, using tools to sharpen your process and embedding capabilities into the integration platform to advance its competitive edge.
- Continually measure, analyze, and optimize the integrations that you own.
What Great Looks Like:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years owning integrations, APIs, platform, or partner-facing products, ideally in the proptech, fintech, or related spaces.
- Track record of taking partner integrations from scoping through launch and scaling them across a growing customer base.
- Technical fluency: comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and file-based exchanges, and able to read API documentation and hold a credible conversation with partner engineers.
- Experience managing external partner relationships, including partner programs, marketplaces, and vendor roadmaps, and a knack for getting things done inside organizations you don’t control.
- Hands-on experience with property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, Rent Manager, or AppFolio is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams and partner timelines at once.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, identifying opportunities, building the case, and driving initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
- Ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy to executives, customers, and partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and experience integrating AI into product workflows.
About this role
Foxen is seeking a Product Manager to own the integration strategy that connects its compliance platform to the property management systems, leasing platforms, and partners that multifamily operators rely on daily. You'll shape how Foxen's products work within the broader ecosystem customers use to run their businesses, directly influencing both the depth of the platform and the company's growth trajectory. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, partner management, and engineering execution.
The work spans the full lifecycle of integrations: building and maintaining relationships with PMS vendors and technology partners, leading new strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch, deepening existing connections by closing capability gaps, and translating partner and customer needs into clear engineering requirements. You'll also serve as the integration expert for Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, define and track the metrics that drive continuous improvement, and explore how AI can sharpen both your process and the platform itself. Success requires comfort with technical detail—REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping—alongside the ability to present strategy confidently to partner leadership and navigate complex organizational dynamics you don't control.
This role is best suited for someone with at least four years of product management experience, including at least two years owning integrations, APIs, or partner-facing products, ideally in proptech or fintech. Hands-on experience with property management systems like Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata is strongly preferred. You'll need to operate autonomously, lead across functional teams with competing priorities, and bring both technical fluency and strategic communication skills to the table. The position is full-time and based in Columbus, Ohio, in-office.
