About this role

Supporting multiple managing directors and partners at iCapital's New York offices, this contractor role demands someone with at least seven years of executive assistant experience working at senior levels. You'll own calendar management, complex travel coordination across time zones, expense processing, and document formatting while juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position requires anticipating needs, maintaining strict confidentiality, and being comfortable executing requests that fall outside typical scope—this is hands-on support for high-level executives who expect seamless operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with emotional intelligence: you need to manage up tactfully, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and work collaboratively within a 30-person admin team while reporting to a senior administrator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, as is the flexibility to handle last-minute requests and uncharted situations. An undergraduate degree is required.

The role is based in-office Monday through Thursday with Friday remote flexibility, compensated at $50–$55 per hour as a full-time contractor. iCapital provides equity, performance bonuses, matched retirement, and comprehensive benefits including fully employer-paid dental and vision, telemedicine, mental health support, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
