We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
Available Shifts:
- Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekend
- 8’s, 10's or 12's (full shift work)
- Part-Time, Full-Time, PRN
- No weekend or holiday requirement

About this role
BAYADA's Private Duty team in Lancaster County is hiring pediatric nurses for one-on-one home care cases, including school-based 1:1 placements across Ephrata, Reinholds, Denver, Lititz, Manheim, Myerstown, and surrounding areas. The role offers genuine flexibility—you choose your schedule and shift length (8s, 10s, or 12s), work days, evenings, nights, or weekends with no mandatory holiday or weekend coverage, and BAYADA matches you with cases close to home to minimize commute time.
This is a paid-training environment designed to set nurses up for competence from day one. You'll receive instruction in the office, in clients' homes, and online, plus hands-on practice with pediatric simulation labs. Clinical support is available 24/7, and all training is covered by BAYADA. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and care for children across different diagnoses and acuity levels as a licensed RN or LPN.
The compensation package includes weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees (including PRN staff), medical/dental/vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, an EAP, and a 401K. Part-time, full-time, and PRN positions are available. BAYADA, a 50-year-old accredited home health provider, prioritizes delivering skilled nursing care in the setting where clients most want to be—their homes.
