How we prepare our Nurses for success:

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
Available Shifts:
- Morning or overnight
- 8’s or 10's (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring licensed nurses for private duty positions across the Lancaster County area, including Elizabethtown and surrounding communities. This is one-on-one client care work with flexible scheduling—you choose shifts that fit your life, whether that's morning or overnight 8- or 10-hour blocks, and there are no weekend or minimum hour requirements. The role suits nurses who want autonomy in their schedule and prefer building ongoing relationships with individual clients rather than rotating between multiple patients.
You'll work with clients across all age groups and medical complexities, supported by paid training from day one that includes in-office and in-home instruction, access to simulation labs, and 24/7 clinical support. BAYADA handles all training costs and provides electronic charting through their Statewise system. The position requires a current U.S. nursing license (RN or LPN) and MAR-CPA certification, with graduation from an accredited nursing program.
