About this role
Zensar is seeking a QA automation engineer to own test strategy and framework design for their supply chain finance platform. You'd design and build end-to-end test suites using Selenium or Cypress for buyer, supplier, and funder workflows, develop API automation with RestAssured or Karate, and write BDD scenarios in Cucumber alongside product owners. The role also includes validating data pipeline outputs from Spark and Talend, verifying financial calculations, and running performance tests—work that demands both technical depth and understanding of fintech domain logic.
This is a hands-on position requiring at least four years of QA automation experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or ERP environments. You'll need proficiency in at least two automation stacks (Java+Selenium, Cypress+JavaScript, Python+pytest, or RestAssured), solid BDD collaboration skills, and comfort integrating test suites into Jenkins or GitLab CI with quality gates. Docker and Kubernetes familiarity is expected; ISTQB certification is a plus. The role is based in India and requires in-office work at Zensar, a 10,000-person global firm part of the RPG Group.
