About this role
OneSpan's platform team in Noida is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to own the reliability and automation of their digital identity and anti-fraud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires deep expertise across AWS, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD. You'll design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage production systems through observability tools like Grafana and Logz.io, and respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation. A significant part of the work involves eliminating manual toil through scripting and infrastructure-as-code, collaborating with engineering teams on system design, and driving incident analysis to improve platform resilience.
The role demands 5–7 years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience and a strong technical foundation: production-grade EKS and Istio expertise, proficiency with Terraform and GitLab CI, and solid knowledge of AWS services across compute, networking, storage, and identity. You'll also need hands-on experience with Argo and Kargo CD, Linux systems administration, and networking fundamentals. Beyond the core technical requirements, you'll partner with engineering, product, and security leadership to align platform capabilities with business goals and evaluate new tools for automation and capacity planning.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Noida. The ideal candidate holds a Computer Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent experience), has relevant AWS or Kubernetes certifications, and brings strong communication skills to explain reliability trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
