About this role
OOS Management Corp. is seeking a female paraprofessional with bilingual Bengali and English fluency to provide one-on-one ABA support to a 13-year-old girl in Queens. This is an evening and weekend role, running weekday shifts from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM and weekend hours from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, at $22.50 per hour.
You'll need a high school diploma and hands-on experience with ABA methodology; RBT certification is preferred but not required. The role calls for someone patient, engaging, and comfortable working directly with a young client. Bilingual fluency in both Bengali and English is essential, as language access is central to the position.
This schedule suits someone available for consistent evening and weekend work. If you have ABA experience, speak both languages fluently, and are looking for a focused one-on-one role, this may be a fit.
