Description

This is Adyen

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of commercial technologies and be responsible for their strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with commercial teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure the tools you own deliver measurable value.

A key part of the role is also preparing our commercial technology stack for AI and automation. You will use agentic software tools and AI coding assistants to build custom workflows, integrations, and solutions that improve how our GTM teams operate.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Own the roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for the tools in your portfolio, balancing business priorities, user needs, technical opportunities, and platform capabilities.
  • Optimize the tech stack: Improve how existing tools are configured and used, drive adoption of new capabilities, and identify opportunities to consolidate or replace technology.
  • Build AI & automation solutions: Use agentic development tools and AI coding assistants to build workflows, integrations, scripts, and applications that solve GTM challenges.
  • Evaluate & implement tools: Assess new platforms, lead implementations, and ensure new technology fits our broader commercial architecture and automation strategy.
  • Manage integrations & data: Work with Salesforce, engineering, and data teams to maintain reliable integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment: Partner with commercial leaders and end users to understand problems, prioritize initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and drive adoption.
  • Own tool health & governance: Monitor performance, support complex issues, manage vendors and renewals, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data standards.

Who are you?

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a similar GTM technology role.
  • Experience owning business-critical technology, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholders.
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Aircall, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants, agentic development tools, or automation platforms to build technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models, and system integrations.
  • Strong product and prioritization mindset, with the ability to identify underlying business problems rather than simply respond to individual requests.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments

Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen.

Studies show that women and members of underrepresented communities apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Does this sound like you? If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application!

About this role

Adyen's Revenue Operations team is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to own a portfolio of commercial technologies that directly support the company's go-to-market function. You'll be responsible for defining roadmaps, optimizing tool configurations, managing integrations with Salesforce and other platforms, and ensuring the technology stack delivers measurable business value. A significant part of the role involves using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools to build custom workflows and automation solutions that improve how GTM teams operate—this isn't a traditional systems admin position, but rather one that requires hands-on technical building alongside strategic oversight.

This role suits someone with 5 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar GTM technology functions who has owned business-critical systems end-to-end. You'll need hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, or comparable platforms, combined with practical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data integration. Equally important is comfort using AI tools and automation platforms to develop solutions, not just evaluate them. The position demands strong stakeholder management and a product-oriented mindset—the ability to dig into underlying business problems rather than react to surface-level requests.

The role is full-time and based in Adyen's Amsterdam office, with an expectation of in-person collaboration. You'll work across commercial leadership, engineering, and data teams to balance priorities, manage vendor relationships, and maintain governance around security and compliance.
