About this role
DJH's Dublin office needs someone to be its operational backbone and friendly hub. You'd own everything from facilities and supplies to onboarding new starters, while serving as the trusted point of contact between the office and the wider Group. The role blends practical office management—keeping systems running smoothly, managing billing and WIP, chasing aged debt—with genuine people responsibilities like coordinating holidays, tracking compliance, and supporting colleagues through their first days. You'd also champion the firm's Fibre system, helping colleagues use it effectively and troubleshooting questions.
This suits someone with office administration or coordination experience (ideally in professional services, though not required) who thrives on variety and can juggle competing priorities without losing their cool. You'll need strong Excel skills, comfort with confidential HR and financial data, and the ability to communicate warmly and professionally across phone, email and in person. The role rewards proactivity and attention to detail—the kind of person who takes ownership and enjoys being the one colleagues turn to when they need something done.
DJH offers competitive salary, generous holidays, a pension, mental health support, and a calendar of wellbeing and social activities. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dublin.
