Aesthetic Medical Practitioners will be responsible for assessing and providing patients with aesthetic medical services including but not limited to cosmetic injections (i.e neurotoxins, dermal filler), laser therapy (i.e BBL, HALO) and laser hair removal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each patient's needs and objectives
- Educate patients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant patient queries, needs and expectations
- Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatment
- For mid-level providers and above (NP, PA, MD, ND and DO), provide in clinic GFE (good faith exam) support when needed, as licensure permits
- Ensure patient safety at all times
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
- Follow established treatment protocols
- Keep track of and update patient charts; take before and after photos
- Generate and maintain a patient base
- Attend trainings and meetings
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) license required to practice in the state of employment
- 2+ years of experience desired
- Experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Laser experience preferred
- Existing clientele is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Proficient with email
- Social media experience is a plus
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Prolonged periods of:
- Standing, bending or stooping
- Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Repeating of same movements
- Talking and hearing
- Occasional periods of:
- Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing
- Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery

About this role
SkinSpirit, a 20+ year established aesthetic clinic chain with 55 locations across Ireland, is seeking a licensed medical practitioner to deliver cosmetic and laser treatments to patients in their Dublin office. You'll perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers), laser therapies (BBL, HALO), and laser hair removal, working full-time in a clinic setting. The role centers on patient consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, educating clients on pre- and post-care, maintaining detailed records, and building a patient base. You'll also manage equipment upkeep, suggest retail and service add-ons, and stay current with industry techniques.
The position requires an active RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, or ND license valid in Ireland. Two or more years of clinical experience and prior laser work are preferred, though existing clientele would be a significant asset. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining attentive to patient needs, and comfort working independently as part of a team. The work is physically demanding—expect prolonged standing, repetitive hand movements, and occasional heavy lifting. Evening and weekend availability is required.
