About this Position
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our G-P's Gia AI Engineering team, building the data and AI tooling behind Gia's go-to-market: pipelines, integrations, analytics and agent workflows.
What you will do:
- Build and run data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks
- Maintain the GTM analytics models and dashboards
- Ship LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing and Finance
- Productionise integrations, with tests and monitoring
What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of Python and SQL in production
- Strong AI Fluency
- Experience with a cloud data platform (AWS preferred)
- LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evals)
- REST API integrations
- Git-based engineering practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Data Platform (Databricks or Snowflake)
The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is EUR €56,000 - €70,000 plus variable compensation
Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.
Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.

About this role
Globalization Partners is building Gia, an AI-powered HR agent that delivers employment compliance guidance to organizations worldwide. As an AI Engineer I on the Gia team, you'd own the data and AI infrastructure that powers this product—designing and maintaining pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and Databricks; developing LLM-based agents and automations for internal teams; and shipping production integrations with proper testing and monitoring. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and applied AI, requiring you to move quickly from concept to deployment.
You'll need at least two years of production Python and SQL experience, solid grounding in LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evaluation), and hands-on work with a cloud data platform—AWS experience is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is a plus. This is a fully remote position based in Ireland, offering a salary of EUR €56,000–€70,000 plus annual bonus, alongside benefits including flexible time off, parental leave, and medical coverage.
