- Contribute across the team: Support ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks, taking ownership of defined activities as you gain experience
You will be great for this position if you have:
- Studies: Currently enrolled in business, computer science, or a related field, with at least two years of university studies completed – undergraduate degree is a plus
- Mindset & Skills: Proactive and comfortable working independently, with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Well organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks

About this role
think-cell's Academics team is growing its program that provides free software access to students and professors worldwide, and this working student role sits at the center of that expansion. You'd handle the operational backbone—managing inquiries, processing license requests, researching and vetting new institutions, and coordinating outreach to faculty and student clubs. As the program scales significantly over the coming years, you'd own defined activities and contribute to projects that directly shape how the academic initiative reaches more universities globally.
The role suits someone currently in their second year or beyond of a business, computer science, or related degree who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You'll need solid English and German communication skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks across program operations, applications review, and workshop logistics. Experience creating presentations and familiarity with thinkcell itself would strengthen your candidacy. The position requires 20 hours per week with at least two days on-site at the Berlin headquarters.
This is a chance to contribute meaningfully to an established company—thinkcell serves 1.3 million users across major enterprises—while still in your studies. The role offers real ownership of tasks and exposure to how a global software company builds and scales its academic partnerships.
