About this role
DTCC's Asset Servicing Operations team in Tampa is looking for someone with at least four years of experience in securities operations, corporate actions, or related financial services roles to join as an Asset Servicing Associate on a hybrid schedule. You'll work three days onsite and two remotely, supporting the operational backbone that keeps securities eligible for DTCC services and moving through their lifecycle—handling everything from underwriting and eligibility processing to dividend distributions and reorganization events.
The day-to-day involves executing established procedures, troubleshooting operational exceptions, and collaborating with internal and external partners to keep information, cash, and securities flowing smoothly across the marketplace. You'll need strong attention to detail, solid judgment in resolving issues, and the ability to apply your knowledge of asset servicing products and securities processing concepts to real operational challenges. Beyond individual execution, the role expects you to contribute to process improvements, support less experienced colleagues, and engage in departmental projects and testing efforts.
This position suits someone who's comfortable working within established controls and procedures while actively looking for ways to improve efficiency and quality. DTCC emphasizes professional development, offers competitive compensation with incentives, comprehensive benefits including pension and flexible paid leave, and operates within a larger Enterprise Services organization focused on innovation and consistency across multiple business platforms.
