About this role

SpaceX is building Starlink's European business operations function, and this Dublin-based role sits at the center of that effort. You'd own the data analytics and operational insights that drive growth decisions across the region, working as the primary local counterpart to the US business operations leadership. Your day-to-day involves querying internal systems to build reports, analyzing trading performance and demand patterns, investigating operational issues, and translating findings into concrete recommendations for market-by-market strategy.

The work spans multiple business streams: you'll track affiliate program performance end-to-end, support retail and online channel forecasting, maintain controls over payments and service orders, and help troubleshoot everything from attribution issues to payment discrepancies. This requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to coordinate across functions and countries without formal authority—you're enabling decisions rather than making them directly. The role demands strong Excel and SQL skills, ideally with experience in FP&A, operations, or strategy roles, plus a track record of working in fast-paced environments where you can move between ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting.

You'll need a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or economics, at least four years in consulting, product management, operations, or related fields, and three years working hands-on with Excel or programming. Experience with payments, affiliate programs, retail operations, or international market support is valuable. The position requires flexibility with hours and travel as needed.
