About this role
SpaceX's Starlink Europe team needs an operations manager who can bridge the gap between regional growth initiatives and the company's US-based systems and expertise. You'd serve as the data and operational backbone for the Europe Consumer Growth team, translating business questions into actionable insights and coordinating across multiple functions—from supply chain and logistics to finance, retail operations, and product teams—to drive growth and resolve operational bottlenecks.
The role demands strong technical skills in Excel and SQL, with the ability to query databases, build recurring reports, and conduct deep-dive analysis on everything from demand forecasting to purchase order tracking. You'll own the data-led frameworks and KPI visibility for the Europe business, while also managing the practical side of operations: tracking service orders, coordinating with distributors, identifying discrepancies across payments and rebates, and keeping critical processes running smoothly across multiple affiliates and markets.
This is best suited to someone with 6+ years in consulting, operations, FP&A, or product management, plus hands-on experience with large datasets and analytical tools. Experience in payments, supply chain, retail operations, or consumer technology is valuable. You'll need to be highly execution-oriented, comfortable operating without formal authority across geographies and functions, and willing to work extended hours and travel as needed. The role is based in Dublin and requires in-office presence.
