About this role
MKS2 Technologies is hiring nine Senior Analysts to work with the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, supporting the development and refinement of critical Army training products. This role requires you to leverage substantial military operational experience—at least five years in planning, training operations, logistics, intelligence, or force development—to serve as a subject matter expert for a specific Army proponent. You'll analyze doctrine, organizational changes, and training requirements, then translate that expertise into accurate training strategies, evaluation programs, task lists, and related products that keep Army units operationally ready.
The position demands someone who has held significant rank (Major or above, Chief Warrant Officer 3, or Sergeant First Class) and served in Battalion- or Brigade-level operations roles. You'll coordinate across military, Government, and contractor teams to validate training products, identify gaps in task lists and training resources, and develop technical analyses and briefings. Familiarity with Army Training Management systems, Combined Arms Training Strategies, and related frameworks is highly valued, though the core requirement is the ability to apply your operational background to solve real training-readiness problems.
You'll need an active Secret clearance, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to retired or separated military professionals with deep Army expertise who want to contribute directly to training and readiness initiatives.
