Description
About the Team
CoreWeave is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the global People service queue and the lifecycle transactions behind it. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle, you will triage and resolve employee and manager requests across North America, EMEA, and APAC, execute lifecycle transactions in Workday, and work with People Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Legal so employees get clear answers quickly.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role: you will resolve what you can directly, route the rest with full context, and fix the knowledge base articles, templates, and workflows behind repeat requests. You will also help contractors and new team members ramp on the queue as the function scales.
Key Responsibilities:
People service queue
- Own day-to-day triage of the global People service queue: review, categorize, prioritize, and route requests from North America, EMEA, and APAC within SLA.
- Resolve Tier 1 inquiries directly, including policy questions, employment verifications, Workday navigation, leave and benefits basics, and general how-to requests.
- Escalate Tier 2, country-specific, and sensitive matters (employee relations, compensation, local leave entitlements, legal questions) to the right People Business Partner, Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal, or EOR partner, with enough context that employees do not have to repeat themselves.
- Apply the correct regional guidance where policies and processes differ by country, or route accordingly, rather than defaulting to a US answer.
- Close the loop with employees and managers on every request.
Lifecycle transactions and data
- Execute lifecycle transactions in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, and job and data changes, following documented processes and controls.
- Keep an audit trail for every change, and keep ticket and Workday records accurate and current.
- Coordinate with regional Payroll teams and vendors on requests that affect pay, with clear handoffs and on-time processing across pay cycles and time zones.
Knowledge, quality, and continuous improvement
- Own the knowledge base articles and response templates for the queue: write new content, keep it current, and retire what is outdated.
- Track queue health by region, including volume, response time, resolution time, and employee satisfaction, and report trends to the team.
- Propose and implement fixes for recurring issues, such as intake changes, workflow updates, or automation.
- Train and support contractors and new team members working the queue.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR service center, ideally supporting a multi-country workforce.
- Experience working a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or a similar tool, and managing to SLAs.
- Working knowledge of HR fundamentals (common policies, leave types, employment verifications, onboarding and offboarding steps), awareness that requirements vary by country, and sound judgment about when to escalate.
- Workday HCM experience executing lifecycle transactions, with a high bar for data accuracy.
- Clear written communication: you can turn a policy into a short, useful answer and set expectations when a request needs more time.
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones, with flexibility to adjust hours periodically to support EMEA and APAC coverage.
- Discretion and judgment handling confidential employee information.
- Organization and follow-through across a high volume of requests.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting employees in EMEA and/or APAC, including through EOR providers.
- Experience writing or maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, or response templates.
- Experience in a SOX-controlled or public-company environment.
- Exposure to federal contractor or FedRAMP environments, including E-Verify processing and federal recordkeeping requirements.
- Familiarity with data privacy requirements such as GDPR.
- Background in a high-growth technology or AI-native company.
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.
- Additional language skills.
We'd like your help to get here
- Employees and managers get accurate answers quickly and do not have to repeat themselves.
- Requests are triaged and routed within SLA in every region.
- Workday records are accurate, with a clean audit trail for every change.
- Repeat questions decline because the knowledge base and templates stay current.
- Queue health is visible by region and acted on.
- Contractors and new team members ramp on the queue quickly with consistent guidance.

About this role
CoreWeave, a newly public AI infrastructure company, is building out its People Operations function and needs someone to own the day-to-day service queue supporting employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a high-volume, hands-on role where you'll triage and resolve employee and manager requests, execute lifecycle transactions in Workday, and coordinate with People Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Legal to get employees clear answers fast. You'll need to apply regional judgment—recognizing that policies and leave entitlements differ by country—and escalate appropriately rather than defaulting to a US-only lens.
Beyond ticket resolution, you'll own the knowledge base and response templates behind the queue, tracking health metrics by region and fixing the workflows and content that drive repeat requests. As the function scales, you'll also help onboard contractors and new team members. The role demands 2–4 years of HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience, solid Workday HCM skills with a high bar for data accuracy, and comfort working asynchronously across time zones. Experience supporting EMEA and APAC workforces, familiarity with public-company or SOX environments, and exposure to federal contractor requirements are all valued.
This is a Dallas-based, in-office role paying $98,000–$130,000. It suits someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by high-growth environments—someone who sees patterns in support requests and fixes them at the source rather than just answering the same question repeatedly.
