About this role
DelRicht Research is seeking a certified medical assistant for a temporary, full-time role supporting clinical trials in Indianapolis. Over the next 6 to 8 weeks, you'll work standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) helping to move new medications and medical devices toward FDA approval by delivering direct patient care in research studies. The role involves rooming patients, taking vitals, performing ECGs and blood draws, administering injections, processing samples, and maintaining accurate charting—essentially the full spectrum of clinical support work, but in a research rather than traditional clinical setting.
The ideal candidate holds an active CMA, CCMA, RMA, RN, or LPN credential and brings genuine enthusiasm for patient care alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accountability. No prior research experience is necessary; what matters is your healthcare background, reliability, and willingness to learn. DelRicht values energetic, self-motivated team members who take ownership of their work and thrive in a supportive environment focused on consistency and excellence.
Compensation starts at $23 per hour, with adjustments based on your specific licensure and experience. This is a straightforward temporary assignment ideal for someone looking to fill a defined period with meaningful healthcare work, or to explore clinical research as a potential career direction.
