About this role

DelRicht Research is seeking a contract nurse or medical assistant to support clinical trials at their Indianapolis site for a 6-8 week temporary assignment. You'd work standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) helping patients through study visits—rooming them, taking vitals, drawing blood, administering injections, and managing accurate charting. The role requires hands-on patient care skills and attention to detail, but no prior research experience is necessary.

The ideal candidate has an active healthcare certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, RN, or LPN), though this isn't strictly required if you have relevant patient care experience. You'll need to be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor with patients. The company emphasizes accountability, accuracy, and a collaborative team environment focused on advancing new treatments toward FDA approval.

Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with adjustments based on your licensure and experience level. This is a straightforward short-term contract role—ideal if you're looking for temporary work in clinical research without evening or weekend commitments.
