About this role

Wettermark Keith is hiring a Workers' Compensation Attorney to build and manage a caseload in their Nashville office. You'll handle workers' compensation cases from start to finish in a high-volume environment, working with injured workers and navigating the claims process. The firm emphasizes client service and performance, so you'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your cases with minimal oversight while still collaborating with colleagues.

The role requires Tennessee bar membership and ideally one to three years of workers' compensation or personal injury experience, though that's not a hard requirement. You should be a strong communicator who can juggle deadlines, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and stay sharp on legal analysis under pressure. You'll need to travel to hearings in the Nashville and Tri-City area, and this is an in-person position despite the remote listing tag.

Wettermark Keith offers standard benefits—health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO—and positions itself as a fast-growing firm with stable systems and a collaborative culture. This suits someone who is self-motivated, driven by results, and genuinely invested in advocating for clients rather than just processing cases.
