About this role
Podium is scaling rapidly in the AI-for-business space, and this role puts you at the center of that growth. You'd manage a team of Customer Success Managers each handling 150+ SMB accounts, owning retention, adoption, and expansion metrics across a high-volume portfolio. The work spans people leadership—coaching, developing, and setting clear goals for your team—alongside operational rigor: designing scalable playbooks, monitoring portfolio health, overseeing onboarding, and using data to drive decisions. You'll also act as an escalation point for at-risk customers and partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to shape the customer experience.
This suits someone with 4+ years in SaaS customer success or account management, including at least a year leading or mentoring others. You'll need proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, strong commercial instincts around forecasting and churn prevention, and comfort managing competing priorities at scale. Experience with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight is valued. The role is based in Melbourne's CBD, full-time and in-office.
