We’re looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our brand-new 4-person Anesthesiologist team at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK. This role offers a broad case mix within a supervisory model, strong team support, and excellent work-life balance with significant time off.
Position Highlights:
- $700,000 1099 Compensation
- 13 Weeks Off
- $30,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Team of 4 Anesthesiologists, 3 on-site daily, with 11-14 CRNAs
- Call: 1:3
- Rotating daily assignments during scheduled work weeks:
- Early shift (first out), ASC shift, and then the Call (late) person
- Diverse Case Mix: General, Ortho, ENT, GI/Endo, OB/GYN, Spine, Cath Lab, Urology

About this role
Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa is building a new four-person anesthesia team and seeking a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist to join as a 1099 contractor. You'll work in a supervisory model with strong team support—typically three anesthesiologists on-site daily alongside 11-14 CRNAs—and handle a diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, spine, cath lab, and urology procedures. Call coverage rotates on a 1:3 basis with scheduled work weeks that cycle through early shifts, ASC assignments, and late call.
The compensation package includes $700,000 annual compensation, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, and 13 weeks of time off annually—a significant work-life balance advantage. Malpractice coverage is included, and you'll have access to group benefits through preferred partners. You'll need Oklahoma licensure or the ability to obtain it, and the role is based in-office at the hospital.
