This memory care community, ranked among the nation's top 10 workplaces in aging services by Fortune Magazine, specializes in caring for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other neurodegenerative conditions. The role combines direct clinical care with compassionate support—you'll monitor resident health, assist with daily living activities, coordinate between families and physicians, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for people with memory impairments.

The position requires an active LVN/LPN license and a background in vocational nursing.
