About this role
Leading a multi-site federal services program at Accenture Federal Services means owning the full operational and strategic picture—from customer relationships and contract performance to workforce planning and SLA management across multiple locations. You'd be the primary escalation point for issues, setting priorities that align customer expectations with contractual requirements while driving accountability across Site Leads, supervisors, and subject matter experts. This is fundamentally a leadership role focused on business growth, team development, and program delivery rather than day-to-day administrative work.
The position requires either a master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with 12 years in program or project leadership. You'll need demonstrated success managing multi-site cleared programs, strong contract management skills (budget, staffing, resource allocation), and the ability to set strategic direction while developing future leaders. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Prior experience as a Program Manager on similar cleared programs and a PMP or equivalent certification are valued, as is experience navigating program growth, re-competes, or staffing transitions.
Based in Reston, Virginia, this is an in-office contract role with a salary range of $118,700 to $225,100. It's suited for someone ready to step into senior leadership on a federal program where mission impact and operational excellence are central to the work.
