About this role

Leading client delivery at scale for iCapital's Annuities Platform means owning the end-to-end success of implementations and ongoing service across a major portion of the broker-dealer channel. You'll manage a team of delivery leaders responsible for onboarding and supporting financial institutions—broker-dealers, wirehouses, banks, RIAs, and insurance carriers—while reporting directly to the Managing Director and Chief Delivery Officer. This is an executive role that combines hands-on leadership of complex client relationships with strategic oversight of delivery performance, operational metrics, and cross-functional alignment.

The position demands someone with 15+ years leading large-scale implementations or client-facing operations, ideally within annuities, insurance, or financial services. You'll need strong executive presence to manage senior stakeholder relationships, lead governance forums, and serve as the escalation point for delivery challenges. Beyond people leadership, you'll establish governance frameworks, drive process improvements, manage resource forecasting, and translate client feedback into operational enhancements that support growth.

iCapital offers a base salary of $180,000 to $210,000, plus equity, performance bonus, matched retirement, subsidized healthcare, parental leave, and unlimited PTO. The role is in-office Monday through Thursday in New York City, with Friday remote flexibility.
