About this role
iCapital's Transactional Operations team is looking for a strategic leader to redesign how the company handles transactions across its alternative investment platform. You'd own large-scale transformation programs spanning the full transaction lifecycle—from subscriptions and redemptions to direct funds and traded products—working across Operations, Product, Technology, and Data teams to build standardized, automated, and data-driven processes. This means moving from business case through implementation and into steady-state operations, while also driving industry partnerships that enable straight-through processing across the sector.
The role demands someone with 6+ years in financial services operations, consulting, or transformation who understands alternative investment workflows deeply. You'll design operating models and governance frameworks, establish performance metrics and dashboards, champion automation and AI solutions, and represent operations as the subject matter expert on transaction initiatives. Success requires the ability to influence across multiple functions, think analytically about process redesign, and communicate complex strategies to executives and stakeholders alike.
This is an in-office position in Greenwich (Monday–Thursday on-site, Friday remote) paying $135,000 to $175,000 base, plus equity, performance bonus, matched retirement, and comprehensive health benefits including parental leave and unlimited PTO. The role suits someone energized by large-scale operational transformation in a fintech environment who can balance strategic vision with execution rigor.
