About this role
Eliot Community Human Services is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead case management services within their Community Behavioral Health Center, which provides integrated mental health and substance use support for adults, youth, and families. You'd split your time between the Danvers office (three days weekly) and remote work, overseeing both the clinical quality of services and the day-to-day operations of the adult team while providing direct supervision to case managers and delivering care to clients yourself.
The role blends leadership with hands-on clinical work. You'll guide staff in strength-based, culturally competent interventions—both in office and in the field—while also conducting assessments, developing crisis plans, and coordinating admissions. A key part of the job is ensuring clients remain central to their own care, with treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences. You'll monitor how clients respond to interventions and oversee the completion and quality of all clinical documentation.
To qualify, you'll need a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and an active Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Prior experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness is required, along with a valid Massachusetts driver's license. The position offers a salary of $85,000–$90,000 and includes comprehensive benefits: generous paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and professional development support.
