About this role
Leading Kyo's Phoenix region means owning the full operational scope of an in-home ABA practice—from recruiting and managing a BCBA team to driving clinical quality, client retention, and revenue targets. You'll handle strategic planning, complex case consultation, staff and client relationship management, and regular travel to visit families and meet with stakeholders across the local autism community. This is an autonomous leadership role where your decisions directly shape both the team's performance and Kyo's reputation in the market.
The position calls for at least five years in the autism field, ideally with operational or leadership experience in ABA, though a willingness to learn is emphasized. You'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent client visits, plus the ability to manage the administrative and clinical demands of a growing regional operation. Kyo offers structured professional development through its Autism Leadership Academy, including mentorship and peer collaboration with directors across the company's 11-state footprint.
At $115,000 to $135,000 annually, this is a full-time, in-office role based in Phoenix. Standard background checks, TB testing, and physical capabilities—including occasional lifting up to 30 pounds and sustained sitting, standing, and driving—are required.
