About this role

UnyBrands' dog products brand in Victor is seeking a hands-on warehouse manager to oversee inventory, fulfillment, and operations for a small, growing team of two. You'd manage stock across multiple sales channels—Amazon, Chewy, Shopify, wholesale accounts, and others—while maintaining the physical warehouse, processing returns, and supporting the supply chain team with forecasting and ordering. The role blends traditional warehouse management with brand-building activities, from coordinating sample shipments to shelters to ensuring the brand stays true to its mission.

This position suits someone with at least two years of professional experience who thrives in a close-knit environment and can wear multiple hats. You'll need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is essential. Warehouse or equipment maintenance experience is valuable, and familiarity with dog products or dog behavior is a plus—though most importantly, you genuinely care about dogs and the brand's customers.
